You folks provided the WORST service of all the delivery services during our recent bad weather. USPO and FedEx were both much better than UPS. I am, the Monday after Christmas, still awaiting some deliveries. I had always considered UPS to be the industry standard---not any more. You seem to have entirely forgotten your stated emphasis on customer service. The much-maligned USPO did a much better job than you people. So another consumer giant bites the dust---by their own inactions.

I have boxes due 12/22 that are still not here in Happy Valley. I have called 25 times, went to the depot, emailed 15 times and not one person at UPS can tell me where the boxes are or when I will get them. This is inventory for my business and I have already lost customers and no one at UPS seems to care.
